1. Returns

1.A. Time limit for accepting returns

  • The time to return the product is 10 days from the date the customer receives the product.
  • After 10 days , we will not process any product return requests
  • The time interval we accept the return of goods is 8:00- 16:00 daily from Monday to Friday

1.B. We accept returns in the following cases

  •  The product is defective and/or damaged upon delivery
  •  Products that are not as agreed (for example: wrong size, color, etc.) are damaged by the shipping company

1.C .We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • When customers buy the wrong product
  • The product is no longer suitable for the customer at the time of receipt
  • The customer no longer likes the product at the time of receipt

1.D. Products When the returns must ensure the following conditions for the refund:

  • Products are intact, with tags, intact, sealed to original specifications,
  • The product has no signs of use
  • Customers must prove that customers have purchased a product from our website – we require an invoice or proof of purchase ( Order notification email, order number)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

1.If you are approved Refunds

  1.1 In case you have paid in full when receiving the product.

  • Refunds: we will fully refund you the entire cost you paid when receiving the product. Your refund will then be processed applied to your payment method you want. This process may take 1 to 7 business days
  • If you would like to send a new products, our staff will get back to you as soon as your request has been approved. And you won’t have to pay extra costs when you get new products

  1.2 In case you have not paid.

  • If you would like to resend new products, our staff will get back to you as soon as your request has been approved. and upon receipt and inspection of the product from the shipper you will pay the shipper directly. You just will have to pay according to the invoice ordered on the web.
  • If you do not want to receive another product from us, we will consider your order as canceled and you will not incur any additional costs.

2. If you are not approved Refund

  • After receiving the product from you, we will conduct an inspection if the product does not meet the return and refund requirements (specified in articles 1.B and 1.D above). Then we will contact you by phone or email and tell you the reason, before we send you back the product that was refused to accept the return.

3. Late or missing Refund

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  • Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
