Returns and Refunds Policy

  • The following conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Returns and cancel your order

  • The cancellation period is 15 days – from the day the order is successfully delivered to you.
  • To cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision in a clear statement. You can let us know by:

Return Conditions

  • If the order is in the process of being shipped and you do not want to receive the product anymore, the delivery staff only needs to contact you to refuse to receive the product. The product will be automatically returned to us.

When you have received the item.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item was purchased within the last 15 days
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The packaging is not dented or torn
  • The item is intact

The following items cannot be returned:

  • The item is not suitable for return due to its perishable nature.
  • The returned item has been unsealed after delivery.
  • The item has been damaged due to user error
  • You suddenly changed your mind and no longer want the item
  • Only regular priced items can be returned. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for discounted items.

The item is delivered with the wrong model or visible damage.

  • If the delivered products are not as described or have any visible or easily noticeable damage upon receipt, please do not accept the product and request that the product be returned to the delivery partner immediately. The product will be returned to us free of charge.

  • Unfortunately, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer; you bear the costs and risks of returning the goods to us. Refund

  • We will refund this amount to you no later than 15 days after receiving the returned goods. We use the same payment method that you used when placing your order. There is no fee for the refund.
